Is Apple changing their marketing strategy with their proprietary technology? Maybe because FireWire turned out less than stellar in the adoption rate, bad enough that Apple is now licensing newer proprietary specs for free.
As much as I love DisplayPort, and the slickness of Mini DisplayPort, Apple should show some love for HDMI.
